   If you listen to country your wife/girlfriend will leave you, your dog will die and your truck won't work
   
   Truthfully, I really do like just about everything but new country. Some people think that just because I'm in my extreme late 30s (54) I should like only oldies. I got tired of those tunes when I was in high school and they were over played on the radio.
   Now if you can find an oldies station that has the balls to play songs that were not #1 but are on the same classic rock album then we'll have some good radio

   Yeah not many people like my music, but the great thing about me is, I don't give a shit what other people think. I'm not one of those people who is hung up on genres (ie; Only likes rock, or only likes country). I like nice lyrics, and a good voice. That can come in any genre.

    OH MY GOD I HATE RAP.
    I love KANE, which is a country/rock band on Myspace. I found them while I was looking for Christian Kane (LOVE) on there. Coincidentally, he's the singer. Sexsay.

    I have recently become a huge REM fan.
    They're now one of my favourites. I've always liked some of their songs but never bothered to look who sung them.
    Well, a few weeks ago my teacher gave me a DVD "REM: In View" and since watching it, I am madly in love with both Michael Stipe and their music.

    The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonite is uncanny.
    I listened to it on repeat for 15 hours, and I'm still not sick of it.
    
    I had another 3 hour repeat session the next day. And I will probably sleep with my headphones on tonight.
