   ill start off by saying the worst place I ate ( well i dident eat it after i saw it) at was NORTH CHINA BUFFET in st.kitts O.N. the reason i was there in the first place was because i was flying at the local air show at cysn and i was out with my crew driving around looking for a good place to eat. we stoped in there ( it was in between a walmart and a dollar store so i dont know why we stoped in the first place). I ordered and when i got y order one of my '' chicken balls'' was a deep fryed cock roach! NO LIES A BARFED RIGHT THEN AND THERE ALL OVER THE TABLE!!!!!! and that started a chain reaction( but i dont want to get into that) so in the end i got a full refund and after they handed me the money they got a face full of food and spit from me ! then we all left ......

    i put o boat load of garlic,diced pepers/onions and other seasonings in the sauce
    then i put tabasco(sp?) or anyother hotsauce in it

    When I was living in a tipi I did a lot of experimenting while cooking.
    
    If you want a great sauce or pasta try cutting up peppers (green, red or what have you), onions, zuccini, and a plum tomatoe and slowly saute them. Plum tomatoes are best because there is less water and more flesh. Season to taste with oregino, basil, garlic and just a dash of hot sauce to bring out the flavors. Pour over the pasta of your choice and eat up. Yum
    
    Takes just about as long to do as heating up a store bought sauce and is so much better.
    
    It's just as good over rice.

    first off im sorry for doubble posting but i though it would look stupied if i added this in with my last post , as some of you know im in Afghanistan serving my country right now and i got to tell you about the food we get
    
    
    they are called mre's ( meals ready eat)
    
    they consist of 2 packs of eather mashed potatos vegy burger in unidentified red stuff burger is a brick of soy by the way theres also chicken fahighta filler hash browns and bacon and well lots more a mre also comes with 2 freez dryed snacks ( wheat bread patty , oatmeat cookie , fudge brownie , crackers) im lucky i only had to eat this crap once ( its the officers mess for me :) ) this food has a 55% fat content witch means 55% of whats in the pack is pure fat and it tasts like the packet its made in also it has a shelf life of 35 years but if you eat it 35 years and 1 day after its garenteed to cause colin cancer , its illeagle to sell them after they are 25 years old but if your very desprat i guess youd eat 30year old shit. its very discusting , its also made in texas and the stuff i ate was 15 years old!!! so now kyou know what your fighting men and women in seas have to put up with for food.
